Panel 7: Rorschach stepping out of the dressmaker’s
with the fire fully engaged behind him can be seen as a phoenix-like symbol, as
this whole incident is the turning point where Kovacs transforms into
Rorschach, reborn in an episode of blood and fire like the mythical Phoenix.
